You do not need a referral to see Dr Daff.
If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you will be eligible for a rebate.
Currently the Medicare rebate is $141.85.
Any reporting required outside of that to your GP is quoted and charged separately. This service does not receive a Medicare rebate.

Dr Daff sees clients paying the full fee privately (who can then submit claims with relevant funders should they wish).
Medicare rebates can be processed following your appointment with a Mental Health Treatment Plan.
Payment is processed online via Credit Card (for a fee) or Direct Debit, and is required at the time of consultation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 2 business days notice, prior to your scheduled appointment.
Lack of notice will incur a cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 days, for any reason, a fee equal to half of the cost of the session will apply.
If you do not attend a booked appointment, a full fee equal to the cost of the session will apply.
