Hi, I'm Liz,

I help people who live in their heads reconnect with what they feel - and finally move forwards.

This comes from a place of knowing - I'm someone who thinks deeply, feels intensely, and (now) approaches life with intention and reflection.

When it comes to your own emotional world, things can feel confusing, overwhelming, or stuck.

That's where I come in.

As a psychologist, I dedicate my time to working with adults who:

  • Overthink or ruminate
  • Intellectualise emotions
  • Experience chronic stress or burnout
  • Struggle with identity, direction, or self-worth
  • Feel their relationships aren’t working, but don’t know why
  • Are sick of their actions not matching their intentions
  • Want direct, honest feedback — delivered with understanding

My Therapeutic Style - How I Work

  • Straightforward and grounded
  • Warm without being overly soft
  • Emotion-focused but practical
  • Comfortable with complexity and hard conversations
  • Able to connect both intellectually and emotionally
  • Take evidence based strategies and research and apply them in the real world

I don’t do cookie-cutter therapy.
I don’t nod and smile while you vent.
I don’t avoid the difficult stuff.

I help you understand patterns, sit with uncomfortable emotions, see yourself clearly, and make sustainable changes.

What you can expect when working with me:

  • A mix of insight, emotional exploration, and direct guidance
  • A safe, non-judgmental space that respects your intelligence and expertise about your own life
  • A therapist who isn’t afraid of honesty — delivered gently
  • A collaborative, respectful, steady approach to change
