When thinking becomes overwhelming
You rely on logic, planning, analysing, and problem-solving.
But now those skills are turning against you.
You may be experiencing:
How therapy helps
We’ll explore what drives the overthinking, work on emotional regulation, and interrupt the patterns that keep your mind on overdrive.
Together, we’ll move from mental noise to mental clarity.

When you’ve spent your life coping through thinking, productivity, or being the reliable one, you can lose touch with yourself.
Signs you might feel lost:
How therapy helps
We slow down, reconnect, and rebuild a clearer sense of identity, purpose, and emotional grounding.

It’s not “just communication” — it’s deeper
Many of my clients feel stuck in relationship patterns even though they intellectually understand what’s happening.
Common struggles:
How therapy helps
We explore attachment patterns, emotional habits, unmet needs, and relational history.
You’ll develop healthier ways of relating — with yourself and others.

Therapy for Adults Who Don’t Usually See Themselves as “Angry”
Many high-functioning, thoughtful adults don’t recognise their experience as anger.
Instead, they say things like:
How therapy helps
For people who intellectualise feelings, anger often shows up internally long before it comes out externally.
This service helps you understand and regulate anger in a way that’s suited to deep thinkers who struggle with emotional expression.
Our sessions are designed to teach you practical skills and strategies to manage stress more effectively. I help you identify the sources of your stress and develop coping mechanisms to reduce its impact on your daily life.
If you want something more strategy focused than open-ended therapy, you might want to look at an individualised anger management program. This program is an individually tailored semi-structured 12-session program which includes an assessment, 10 'content' sessions, and a summary session. It also includes a summary treatment report. If you would like more information about this specifically, get in touch.

How do I manage a diagnosis I've been given or think I have - what does it mean?
Sometimes a diagnosis can be welcoming - "finally, it makes sense" and sometimes it can be isolating - "wait, what does this mean about me"...
Do you want a space to explore:
How therapy helps
We'll explore diagnosis in an open and non-judgmental way, appreciating how it impacts you. I will guide you through the deficit focused medical model of mental illness and a more adaptive and strength focused exploration of neurodiversity which feels affirming and empowering.

Behaviours you want to change but don't really want to talk about .
I have particular experience working with those involved with the criminal justice system, or who are afraid of ending up there.
Are you worried about:
How therapy helps
In a non-judgmental space we explore your history, the function of the behaviour, and what an alternative but fulfilling life would look like. We help you to tune in to yourself, so you have a better understanding of what's going on and what to do about it.

Please note that I do not complete assessments and reports relating to parenting capacity.

Supervision is available to clinicians on a one-off or regular basis. I am a PsyBA approved supervisor, endorsed in both Clinical and Forensic psychology.
